We had Sho try the method of easily peeling the taro potatoes by putting them into the microwave and then using paper towels, gently peel off the skin. Dear our wonderful members and guests,It is with deep sadness to announce that we have decided to close JJ Kitchen for the time being.During the past 5 years, we have enjoyed cooking and discussing cultural issues with each and everyone. However, Junko had a stroke in June and is currently in the hospital undergoing physiotherapy. Since we do not know how long this will take, we have come to the conclusion to close our doors.
