April membership lesson with fun ladies! We had bamboo shoots and mountain veggies which are specialties of the spring season. The bamboo shoots came from Junko’s mother and were freshly dug and prepared just for today 💖 We made 3 dishes using bamboo shoots and with the mountain veggies, we made light and crispy tempura 😋 The bamboo shoot rice was a great hit, and we were very happy that everyone enjoyed the subtle taste of dashi and fresh bamboo shoots 🥰 Looking forward to our next lesson!
