Stir-fried Mushrooms and Mushroom Dip

Stir-fried mushrooms and cumin, and then turning it into a mushroom dip!

In this episode, Sho will be cooking with one of his favorite vegetables, mushrooms.
Using the exact same ingredients, he will make 2 totally different appetizers by changing the texture.
If you’re having unexpected guests, you can throw these 2 dishes together in minutes!
Sho really seemed to enjoy the mushroom dishes!

[ Ingredients ]
(For both stir-fried mushrooms and mushroom dip)
・ Shiitake mushroom (100g), Maitake mushroom (60g), Eryngii (king trumpet mushroom) (100g)
・ Garlic … 1 piece
・ Cumin seed … 1 tsp
・ Salt and pepper
・ Olive oil … 2 tbsp
・ Parsley (for decoration)
