Blueberry Bowl with Homemade Granola

Instead of Acai bowl, Moepero made blueberry bowls using easy to purchase frozen blueberries!
Great for busy mornings or for snacks, this is a healthy dish that is rich in vitamins and dietary fiber, and you can get nutrition in one bowl!


[Blueberry bowl]
150g frozen blueberries
1 banana
6 tbsp yogurt
3 tbsp milk
1.5 tsp lemon juice
1.5 tsp honey
fruit granola
seasonal fruits (strawberry, banana, blueberry, kiwi, etc.)
[Fruit granola]
100g oatmeal
50g mixed nuts (walnuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, etc.)
50g dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots, etc.)
50 grams
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp beetroot sugar
1 tbsp honey

手に入りやすい冷凍ブルーベリーで代用したアサイーボウルならぬブルーベリーボウル。
忙しい朝やおやつに、ビタミンや食物繊維が豊富で簡単な栄養補給にもぴったりのヘルシーな一品です!
バナナも冷凍しておくことで、一緒にまぜると食べ応えのある食感に。トッピングの盛り付けもしやすいです。牛乳の代わりに豆乳を使ってよりヘルシーにもできます。冷凍ミックスベリーでも美味しいですよ!
