Cold Zucchini Pasta

The rainy season is finally over, and we have entered August, the hottest time of year in Japan! Have you ever thought, “when it’s this hot, I don’t want to use too much heat when cooking…?” Then this recipe is for you!
Learn how to make cold zucchini pasta with Shihomi!


1 zucchini
1/2 carrot
1/4 paprika
6 cherry tomatoes
4 slices prosciutto
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 piece garlic
1 tbsp capers
2 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch salt
ground pepper

ズッキーニの冷製パスタ

ついに梅雨が明けて、8月に突入。こんな季節はあまり火を使ってお料理したくないですね。。。
そんな時におすすめの涼しげなお料理、ズッキーニの冷製パスタを
しほみんに作ってもらいました。
彩りがきれいな、さっぱりとしたレモン風味。パスタの代わりにズッキーニを使って作るズッキーニ・ヌードル(略してズードルと呼ばれている)は、糖質を気にされている方にもおすすめです!
