The theme for this month’s membership lesson is “Hinamatsuri (doll’s festival)” dishes 🎎🌸🍡 Festive food always looks so colorful and nice! The 2 members today were very artistic so they enjoyed decorating the “chirashizushi” and sea bream carpaccio. We had lots of laughs as usual and we really enjoyed cooking together. We also learned new words in different languages which started with the various Japanese onomatopoeia so that was also fun 😄 We have another membership lesson coming up next week (2/26), so please let us know if you’re interested!
