Lessons Takoyaki & Fluffy Pancake Class December 17, 2021 / by Junko Another fun lesson with a family that came for their 4th lesson 😊 Today we made takoyaki and fluffy pancakes! We also made lotus root “kinpira” as a side dish and they were amazed at how good it was 😊 Yay! We all enjoyed making the takoyaki, and it was fun watching them be so concentrated when turning the takoyaki into balls. The pancakes didn’t come out fluffy as planned, but they tasted good! We also received a nice Christmas gift of handmade goodies, wine, etc. What a happy surprise! Thank you all for coming, and we are looking forward to cooking with you again next year!
