Unique Japanese Christmas Cooking

November 27, 2021 / by Junko

Today was our membership class for November and we had so much fun making our unique Japanese Christmas dishes.

The karaage Christmas tree turned out a bit lopsided 😅 but the 2 flavors were both very good! The dressing for the wreath salad was a great hit, and they were also surprised at how easy and good the matcha tiramisu was. Yay!

We were also very happy to hear that they both repeatedly made some of the dishes we made in our October membership class 😍
These lovely ladies are always full of funny stories, we always lose track of time! Too bad we forgot to take our group picture at the end.
Looking forward to our lesson next month!!

There are so many Japanese dishes and cultures that are not well known outside of Japan and I’m happy to introduce them to you! If you tested any of our recipes feel free to send us a photo and your comments and we will be happy to publish them, even if it wasn't a complete success! :)
