Norimaki Class

November 06, 2021 / by Junko

Today we had a norimaki lesson with 3 new guests😊
It’s always fun to see how the rolled sushi turns out, since the amount of pressure everyone applies on their sushi differs. The moment of truth comes when it’s time to cut the sushi. If it stays rolled, you did it right! If they fall apart, there wasn’t enough pressure. It seems that the boy loves salmon and tuna, so he made a thin roll that included both!
We were all happy that everyone enjoyed the sushi and the “Nasu dengaku (grilled eggplants with sweet miso paste )”.
Thank you for coming!
