(日本語の文章は英文の下にあります) Our first “Saikyoyaki (miso marinated)” fish and “Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard)” lesson with sushi rolls! We had a wonderful time with our lovely guests, watching them make Japanese omelettes and rolling their sushis. One of the omelettes turned out triangular! How cute! Everyone loved the chawanmushi and was surprised that it was the dashi that made it creamy, and no cream is added to this dish🤗 We had 3 different types of fish for the Saikyo-yaki, and marinating them overnight really added great flavor to the fish, and turned out nicely! Wow. That was a lot of food, but happy everyone enjoyed everything!😊 リクエストをいただき、今日は海苔巻きの他に3種類の魚で西京焼きと茶碗蒸しも作りました。
