Tempura Class

We had a fun tempura lesson today!

Our guests were a lovely lady who moved to Tokyo this March from Germany and Eiko’s friend who always had trouble making her tempura turn out crispy.

They both had fun learning the hints and tips of making crispy tempura!
They also did a great job making “dash-maki tamago (Japanese egg omelette with dashi)” which can be very difficult.
