The class will be held when the minimum number of people signup. We may cancel the class if we don’t have enough people. In that case we will refund the full amount.

Dietary Information

We would welcome you contacting us before booking to check on the suitability of ingredients used in the menu if you have any dietary requirements.
Otherwise, please inform us of any dietary requests on booking. If we do not get prior notice we cannot amend arrangements.

Let’s make seafood dishes that are popular in Japanese homes!

In this lesson, we will make a main dish using seafood that is especially popular in Japanese homes.

Each menu consists of one main dish, seasonal side dishes, rice, miso soup and a dessert with a cup of Japanese green tea.
A welcome drink and a glass of wine, beer or sake are included. Bringing in your own bottles is welcome!

* Menus are subject to change based on the availability of items in the market.

Remarks

  • Just bring yourself! Aprons are available for free.
  • No need to clean up.
  • Children aged 6 and older are counted as separate participants. If you like to bring children under 6 years old to your class, we recommend you to book a private class. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Take-away is possible except for raw food, but management outside of the classroom is requested by yourself and we are not responsible for any trouble on hygiene. Please bring your own take-away container, ice cooler etc.
  • Price includes lesson, all ingredients, printed recipes and the listed number of drinks.

    Hello Everyone,

    After 2 and a half years after Junko’s stroke, we will gradually be opening our doors to JJ Kitchen again.
    However, as Junko is still recovering, we will be changing our methods a bit.

    For the time being, we will only be accepting PRIVATE CLASSES (when we are available, and will not be holding our regular cooking classes, membership classes nor kids cooking classes (children can participate in the private lessons with the adults).

    Please contact us if you are interested in taking a private class from us.
    If there are dishes that you would like to make, please let us know and we can discuss the possibilities.
