Sake-steamed clams by Kei.
This is not just a dish that goes well with drinks, but also great in making soup with the rich leftover broth!
This time, we used vermicelli and made noodle soup.
It’s a very easy dish so please give it a try!

200g clams (sand removed)
1 piece garlic
1 green onion
50cc sake
salt and pepper
sesame oil

150cc water
1-2 tsp soy sauce (adjust according to the taste of soup)
20g vermicelli
green onion (chopped)
