(日本語の文章は英文の下にあります) Ramen & Gyoza lesson after a long time. The guests were a lovely couple from Germany and South Korea! They said they cook dishes from various countries together. Especially, the gentleman seemed to love cooking, and he himself has made ramen and gyoza several times already, but he came to JJ Kitchen to learn how to make them more delicious. They loved the char siu and gyoza they made today, sneaking bites making the food disappear into their stomachs while having a glass of beer in one hand 😁 The reason he chose JJ Kitchen was that he saw we were cooking very happily and we take long enough time to teach. I was very glad to hear that. It was a pity that Eikorn could not join today, but I definitely want to enjoy cooking & drinking together
