How has everyone started their new year?
I’m happy that Eikorn and I were able to take a good picture together again this year!

Due to the COVID-19, guests from abroad stopped coming and JJ Kitchen was in a bit of a crisis! We had no idea what kind of outlook to expect, but new opportunities rolled in, such as being in charge of the recipes and teaching cooking on a YouTube cooking channel and helping out with the publication of a cookbook. As they say, tough times bring opportunity!

This year, we are planning to have a mizuhiki workshop by Eikorn, and Junko will instruct Nikuman (a steamed meat bun) workshop and bean paste flower lessons so we hope everyone will enjoy our new events!

The dishes we are eating are called “osechi” which are dishes we eat during the New Year’s. We introduced how to make 3 types of easy osechi last year. Please check it out if you’re interested!

私は今年もエイコンと一緒に楽しい写真を撮ってこうしてHPを更新できてとても嬉しいです！

去年はコロナで海外からのゲストがストップしてJJ Kitchen大ピンチ！😱
どうなることやらと先が案じられましたが、ご縁でYoutube料理番組のフードコーディネートやレシピ本のお手伝いなど、料理に関わる新しいことにチャレンジする機会をいただきました。
まさにピンチはチャンスとはこのこと✨
みなさまのお陰様で2020年を乗り越えることができ感謝感謝です！

今年は海外の方のみならず、日本の皆さんも対象としたワークショップやレッスンする予定です。
エイコンによる水引ワークショップ、私も前から要望の多かった肉まんワークショップやあんフラワーレッスンなどを考えてますのでお楽しみに〜♪
