Kei made a healthy chocolate cake using tofu and beetroot sugar. Also as a garnish, a very easy jam using frozen berries that can be made in no time♪
[Tofu chocolate cake]
50g tofu (soft type)
1 tbsp pure cacao powder
1/2 egg
30g beetroot sugar
powdered sugar
[Instant mix-berries jam]
150g frozen mix-berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
50g beetroot sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
