Tagliata, from the Italian “tagliare” means “to cut”, is the signature dish of Firenze and refers to the Italian custom of serving steak sliced.
Shihomi used lean meat to make a healthy steak salad with grilled vegetables. We will be showing how to cook the steaks softly without heating the frying pan beforehand. Patience is the key!

Ingredients
[Steak]
1 (about 200g) lean beef
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tablespoons
2 knobs salt
pepper

[Garnish]
5cm yum potato (nagaimo)
1/4 zucchini
60g pumpkin
baby leaves
1 piece garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
parmesan cheese

[Source]
