October 03, 2020 / by Junko

Kei will be making gnocchi from scratch. Sweet potatoes are in season, so we will make two kinds, the classic potato gnocchi and also ones made from sweet potatoes. With a rich and creamy Gorgonzola cheese sauce, this sure goes well with red wine!

[Potato gnocchi]
100-150g potato
50g bread flour
[Sweet potato gnocchi]
100-150g sweet potato
30g bread flour

[Gorgonzola sauce]
80g gorgonzola cheese (Dolce)
160ml fresh cream
white wine (to adjust the thickness of the sauce)
1 piece garlic
1/2 tsp olive oil
black pepper

[Carrot salad, honey mustard dressing]
1/2 carrot
1/2 pack broccoli sprout
5 almond
1 tbsp grain mustard
