This is one of my favorite toasts for breakfast. Super easy and nutritious. Even though cabbage is very low in calories, it is loaded with vitamins and minerals. With this toast, you can eat a lot of cabbage. I use a quite amount of cabbage that almost overflows from the bread. You may think the amount of cabbage is too much but the more cabbage the better texture and more delicious. Perfect for a healthy breakfast!
