Spicy Octopus Ragu Pasta

Shihomi will be simmering octopus in tomato sauce to make octopus ragu pasta!
Using “yuzu kosho,” it’s spicy and pasta for grown-ups!

200g boiled octopus
1 whole canned tomato
1/4 onion
2 tbsp white wine
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tsp ripe yuzu kosho
200g pasta (linguine)
salt and pepper
fresh herbs for decoration (Italian parsley, dill, basil, etc.)
juice of 1/2 yuzu
