Happy Halloween!
Currently in Japan, the anime “Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba)” is a phenomenal hit!
Kei, dressed up as one of the popular characters will be making “yuzu kosho (condiment using yuzu zest and chili peppers)” and an octopus salad using this condiment. Yuzu Kosho goes really well with meat and hot pots and can be found at supermarkets, so please give it a try!

[Yuzu kosho]
zest of 2 yuzu (also use the juice of one yuzu)
2 red peppers (If you don’t find fresh peppers, soak dried peppers in water)
salt (10% of the above materials)

[Octopus Salad]
150g boiled octopus
1/2 cucumber
2 cherry tomatos
1/4 pack pea sprouts
– dressing
1 tsp yuzu kosho
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Happy Halloween!
