Fried Octopus and Potatoes with Herbs

In this episode, Kei will be cooking octopus and potatoes with herbs where the potatoes soak up the yumminess of the octopus. We will also show you how to make an easy yuzu dressing.

[Stir Fry]
150g boiled octopus
2 potatoes
1 piece garlic
1/2 yuzu
1 tbsp white wine
salt & pepper
3 Italian parsley

100g daikon radish
3 mizuna
yuzu peel
– dressing
2 tbsp yuzu juice
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
