Curry Udon

Shihomi will be making curry udon, a dish that is great when you want to warm your body up, and it only takes 10 minutes!
We usually do not use store-bought curry roux (or curry base), but we used it in this recipe to make things extra easy.
It’s so simple, only a microwave is needed!

[ Ingredients ]
・ Frozen udon … 2 packages
・ Pork (sliced or shredded)… 120g
・ Onions … 1/4
・ Green onion … 1/2
・ Potato starch … 1 tbsp
・ Water … 400ml
・ Shiro-dashi (concentrated) … 2 tbsp
・ Curry roux … 2 pieces
(for decoration)
・ Green part of green onion
