Marinated Yellowtail Sashimi with loads of condiments

In this episode, Sho will be making a Japanese dish.
This Japanese-style marinated yellowtail sashimi that is eaten with a mixture of condiments goes well not only with Japanese sake, but also with wine!

[ Ingredients ]
・ Fresh yellowtail (sashimi) … 8 slices (about 120g)
・ Red onion … 1/4
・ Shiso (perilla leaves) … 5
・ Shell cracked radish … 1/3 pack
・ Ginger … 10g
(Marinade Sauce)
・ Soy sauce … 1 tbsp
・ Lemon juice … 1 tsp
・ Olive oil … 1/2 tbsp
・ Black pepper
