Dressed Rice Omelette

Have you heard of a “dressed rice omelette?”
See how it’s made in Shihomi’s episode!
It’s easier than it looks, so challenge yourself in making one, too!

300g rice
1/4 piece onion
100g chicken thigh
3 tbsp ketchup (tomato sauce)
salt and pepper
1 tsp olive oil
4 eggs
2 tsp potato starch (1 tsp for every 2 eggs)
2 tbsp fresh cream (1 tbsp for every 2 eggs)
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh herbs such as basil and Italian parsley (for decoration)

3 tbsp ketchup (tomato sauce)
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
