Using some of the leftover quinoa that we used in the past, we will be making an arranged version of fishcakes, a popular dish in the UK. Made with quinoa and rice flour instead of potatoes and panko, these are gluten free and healthy!
The crispiness of the outside is very addictive!

Ingredients
50g quinoa
90g cod
8g chinese chive
2 slice lemon
1/2 egg
1/2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp rice flour (half the amount used)
60ml water (half the amount used)
salt and pepper (for cod)
mixed green (for decoration)
(Source)
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 piece garlic (chopped)
1/16 Onions (chopped)
1/2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
pink pepper (for decoration)
