Beetroots Dip & Beet-Pickled Deviled Eggs

Moepero will be making 2 vivid dishes using beetroots that are instagrammable!
These are great for Halloween, so please try making them at home!

Ingredients
[Beetroots Dip]
150g beets (canned)
80 – 100g greek yogurt (sugar-free)
1/4 piece garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
a pinch salt
A pinch
1/4 piece lemon juice
any nuts and spices you like (for decoration)
(Garnish)
1/2 carrot
1 cucumber
crackers

[Beet-Pickled Deviled Eggs]
2 egg
1 cup beet liquid (canned)
1/2 cup vinegar
salt
black pepper
2-3 tbsp greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
parsley, small green onions, chili powder, etc. (for decoration)

ビーツのディップとデビルドエッグ

ビーツは
ロシアのボルシチに使われることでよく知られていますが、鮮やかな色とその栄養効果で、最近色々な料理で見かけるようになりましたね。以前にけいちゃんの餃子の回でビーツの粉を餃子の色付けに使ったりもしました。
今回は、もえぺろちゃんにビーツを使ってインスタ映えしそうな色鮮やかなお料理を2品を作ってもらいました。
ハロウィンにもぴったりのお料理なので、ぜひみなさんも作ってみてね!
