Ayu Sandwich

Another support episode for Kumamoto prefecture that was affected by the heavy rains in July. This time, Kei will make sandwiches using “ayu (sweetfish)” that we ordered from Kumamoto. The dipping soup is made with the recently popular oat milk and Japanese dashi♪

Ingredients
2 ayu (sweetfish)
salt
potato starch
baguette
1/2 red onion
1 tomato
lettuce or rocket
butter
mustard

[Dip Soup]
200ml oats milk
1 tbsp shiro-dashi
1/2 tsp olive oil
pepper

オーツミルクのディップスープ

今年7月の豪雨被害を受けた熊本県の応援企画第2弾!
けいちゃんに今回も熊本県人吉市から取り寄せた鮎を使ってサバサンドならぬ鮎サンドイッチを作ってもらいました。
人吉では尺鮎と言われるおっきい鮎が取れるらしいです。
ディップするスープは最近人気のオーツミルクと日本の出汁で♪
