You must try this recipe! Mixing it with avocado and sashimi is fantastic! Your glasses will be empty in no time with this dish! 1 avocado 3 slices each sashimi (salmon, tuna, sea beam, squid etc.) 2 pack chopped natto nori seaweed – for soy sauce dressing 3 tbsp soy sauce wasabi shiso for garnish – for kimchi dressing 40g kimchi 1/2 tsp Gochujang (Korean hot chili bean paste) 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp Japanese sake 1/4 piece garlic white sesame green onion for garnish ——————– アボカド、納豆、お刺身のわさび醤油和え 今回はけいちゃんに、お刺身を森のバターアボカドとひき割り納豆であえる、栄養満点のおつまみを作ってもらいました。 納豆は苦手？そんな人もぜひ試してみて〜。アボカドとお刺身のマリアージュ、最高だから！ お酒がぐいぐい進んじゃう料理です！ ※日本語のレシピはYoutubeの概要欄でご確認ください。 Junko There are so many Japanese dishes and cultures that are not well known outside of Japan and I’m happy to introduce them to you!
