Avocado, Natto and Sashimi Dressed in Wasabi Soy Sauce

Kei challenged making an appetizer full of nutrition by mixing sashimi, “butter of the forest” avocado, and chopped “natto (fermented soybeans)”
Not a big fan of natto?
You must try this recipe! Mixing it with avocado and sashimi is fantastic! Your glasses will be empty in no time with this dish!

1 avocado
3 slices each sashimi (salmon, tuna, sea beam, squid etc.)
2 pack chopped natto
nori seaweed
– for soy sauce dressing
3 tbsp soy sauce
wasabi
shiso for garnish
– for kimchi dressing
40g kimchi
1/2 tsp Gochujang (Korean hot chili bean paste)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Japanese sake
1/4 piece garlic
white sesame
green onion for garnish
