We had Sho try the method of easily peeling the taro potatoes by putting them into the microwave and then using paper towels, gently peel off the skin. We found out that how well this method works depends on the taro potatoes^^; [ Ingredients ] ・ Satoimo (Taro) … 8 pieces (Miso paste) ・ Miso … 1 tbsp ・ Mirin … 1 tbsp ・ Doubanjiang (Chinese chili paste) … 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ・ Sugar … 1 tsp ・ Roasted white sesame (for decoration) ・ Picks … 2 ——————– 里芋田楽 今回も和風のおつまみ。 Junko There are so many Japanese dishes and cultures that are not well known outside of Japan and I’m happy to introduce them to you!
