Japanese Food / Japanese Fusion Food / Fish & Seafood Salmon in Wax Paper September 24, 2020 / by Junko (日本語の文章は英文の下にあります) In this episode, Moepero will be cooking salmon in wax paper. Full of proteins and veggies, this dish is just not good for you, but it also leaves the frying pan clean so no fuss afterward! We made 2 kinds this time; traditional Japanese and another with a bit of a Western twist. Ingredients [Japanese Style] 2 fillets salmon 1/4 onions 150g mushrooms (shimeji mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, etc.) 2 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp sake 2 pieces butter 2 green onion (for decoration) 1/4 lemon soy sauce or ponzu [Western Style] 2 fillets salmons 1 leek 2 radish 2 tsp caper 2 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp white wine … 1 tablespoon 2 pieces butter 1/4 lemon 2 sprigs rosemary ——————– 鮭の包み焼き 洋風 & 和風 今回はもえぺろちゃんに鮭のクッキングシート(オーブンペーパー)で包み焼きを作ってもらいました。 Junko There are so many Japanese dishes and cultures that are not well known outside of Japan and I’m happy to introduce them to you!
