Japanese Food / Meat / Quick & Easy Stir-fried Chinese Yam and Pork with Ponzu June 21, 2020 / by Junko (日本語の文章は英文の下にあります) Does everyone know ponzu? It is a Japanese condiment made by mixing soy sauce, dash, and citrus juice. This time, Moepero will be making a dish that uses only ponzu to add flavor. It’s very easy but tasty, so many people love this dish! – stir-fried Chinese yam 200g (about 10cm) Chinese yam 150g sliced pork 1 green onion 2 tbsp ponzu 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying Sesame oil for flavor shichimi togarashi (Japanese seven-flavor chili pepper) *optional – deep-fried Chinese yam 200g (about 10cm) Chinese yam potato starch 1/2 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp Matcha powder vegetable oil for frying ——————– 長芋と豚肉のポン酢炒め 今回はもえぺろちゃんに長芋と豚肉の炒め物を作ってもらいました。 Junko There are so many Japanese dishes and cultures that are not well known outside of Japan and I’m happy to introduce them to you!
