

One of the most favorite Japanese winter snacks, Nikuman (steamed pork buns)!
Today, we had a Chinese steamed buns workshop with 4 lovely ladies who requested Nikuman and Anman (buns with sweet bean paste and sesame).
My Nikuman is so popular that many of my friends request them when winter comes. It was my first Nikuman workshop where I shared my secret recipes
I’m so happy that everyone loved both of the savory and sweet buns
Everyone did a great job and made 36 buns, and surprisingly, most of them disappeared into their stomachs
