Gyoza Class

Today’s guest was a lovely family that had never cooked Japanese food before!

They brought their own cute aprons and matching chef’s hats, all ready to do some serious cooking🤗
It was their first time eating gyozas as well, so they really had a great experience making the gyoza wrappers from scratch, kneading the meat and cutting up the shrimp. They had some difficulties wrapping the gyozas, but Dad came to the rescue!! He was a great cook😉
We hope this lesson was a memorable one for the family!
