Yakisoba & Gyoza Class

Our guest today was a lovely family that loves to cook!
The dad’s favorite Japanese dish is yakisoba, and he also loves matcha so he requested yakisoba and matcha tiramisu, along with gyoza😊
This was our first yakisoba and tiramisu lesson, and we are very happy that the family had fun and enjoyed everything!

The gyoza and yakisoba for the dad were vegetarian but meaty for the mom and son😉
We hope they will make these dishes at their home!!

焼きそばと抹茶が大好きというパパのリクエストで、初めての焼きそばと抹茶ティラミスレッスンでした。
え、焼きそばってわざわざ習うもの？パッケージに書いてある通りに作ればいんじゃないの。。。って思いますよね。
まぁ、そうなのですが、パッケージの通りに作るとちょっとべちゃっとした焼きそばになることありません？
なので今日は、おうちで作る焼きそばをワンランクアップさせる作り方を伝授しました！

パパだけベジタリアンなので、餃子も焼きそばもお父さんの分はベジタリアン対応で。
どちらもとっても気にってもらえてよかったです！
