September 19, 2020 / by Junko

Another support episode for Kumamoto prefecture that was affected by the heavy rains in July. This time, Kei will make sandwiches using “ayu (sweetfish)” that we ordered from Kumamoto. The dipping soup is made with the recently popular oat milk and Japanese dashi♪

baguette
1/2 red onion
