Corn Rice & Eggplant with Ginger Sauce

2 Japanese dishes that uses corn and eggplants, which are delicious during this time of year.
We will introduce how to make corn rice, a dish loved by all generations, and grilled eggplants with ginger soy sauce.
The corn rice full of the sweetness from the corn is really good and easy to make, so please give it a try!


[Corn rice]
1 corn
2 cups rice
5cm kombu kelp
1 tbsp sake
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups and little more water

[Eggplant with ginger sauce]
2 eggplant
1/2 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp mirin
1 tablespoon
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tablespoons
white roasted sesame
spring onion for decoration
