Moepero will be making “hiya-jiru (cold miso soup)” a local dish from her birthplace, Miyazaki prefecture.
This is usually made with dried horse mackerel, but this time, we will use canned mackerel, so it’s very easy!
This is a dish that is tasty even when you don’t have an appetite!

1/2 cucumber
150g tofu
2 tbsp white sesame
3 tbsp miso
200ml dashi stock
ice cubes
2 myoga
3 shiso leaves
cold rice
