Norimaki Class

Today’s guest was a male guest from India!
We enjoyed making three different kinds of Norimaki (rolled sushi)
– Futomaki (thick sushi rolls)
– Hosomaki (thin sushi rolls)
– California rolls (sushi rolled inside out)
and also Inarizushi (vinegared rice in fried tofu pouches).

He was a very lucky guy who got a cooking lesson voucher from his girlfriend as a birthday gift!!!
Through the contracts with her, we could see what a nice lady she is!

As he got this present, we expected he must have been cooking a lot at home but he was not, lol.
But you see, he did rolling super well and made beautiful Norimaki!
