Stir-fried Chinese Yum and Pork with Ponzu

Does everyone know ponzu?
It is a Japanese condiment made by mixing soy sauce, dash, and citrus juice.
This time, Moepero will be making a dish that uses only ponzu to add flavor. It’s very easy but tasty, so many people love this dish!



– stir-fried Chinese yam
200g (about 10cm) Chinese yam
150g sliced pork
1 green onion
2 tbsp ponzu
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
Sesame oil for flavor
shichimi togarashi (Japanese seven-flavor chili pepper) *optional
– deep-fried Chinese yam
200g (about 10cm) Chinese yam
potato starch
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp Matcha powder
vegetable oil for frying
