This time, Moepero will be making a dish that uses only ponzu to add flavor. It’s very easy but tasty, so many people love this dish! – stir-fried Chinese yam 200g (about 10cm) Chinese yam 150g sliced pork 1 green onion 2 tbsp ponzu 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying Sesame oil for flavor shichimi togarashi (Japanese seven-flavor chili pepper) *optional – deep-fried Chinese yam 200g (about 10cm) Chinese yam potato starch 1/2 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp Matcha powder vegetable oil for frying Junko There are so many Japanese dishes and cultures that are not well known outside of Japan and I’m happy to introduce them to you!
