Workshop : Homemade Umeshu & Ume cordial

Fresh green ume plums are in season for a short time in this early summer (June).
Don’t miss this chance and come learn how to infuse Japanese ume plums to make your own umeshu and ume cordial at JJ Kitchen!

In this workshop, we will work together making both umeshu and ume cordial. We also enjoy a delicious and healthy JJ Kitchen special lunch and taste homemade umeshu from past years after the workshop.
*If you can not drink alcohol, you can make ume cordial instead of umeshu.

 *All ingredients for making 2L of umeshu & 1L of ume cordial

 *Tasting homemade umeshu (1 year and 3 years old) or ume juice.
