In this episode, Shihomi will be making a Chinese dish, hot and sour soup with vermicelli noodles. We will also be making chili oil, the essence of the spiciness in this dish! Ingredients [Chinese Hot and Sour Soup] 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushroom 3g kikurage mushroom (dry) 40g green onion 10g ginger 60g bamboo shoots (boiled in water) 50g pork belly 50g tofu 20g vermicelli (dry) 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp chicken soup power 1 tbsp sake 1/2 tbsp mirin 1 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp vinegar 450ml water salt pepper 2 tbsp potato starch and water mix 1 egg 1 tbsp chili oil (as you like) thread pepper (for decoration) small green onions (for decoration) [Homemade Chili Oil] 1 garlic 1 piece 3 slices ginger 1 bottle green part of green onion 50cc salad oil 50cc sesame oil 2 chili peppers 1 tsp Sichuan pepper powder 1 star anise (optional) 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp sesame oil (for chili powder) ——————– しめじの酸辣湯春雨スープ自家製ラー油 酸辣湯(サンラータン)をしほみんに作ってもらいました。 中華屋さんによく酸辣湯麺がありますが、このスープに麺を入れた料理は実は日本で生まれたものらしいです。今日は中華麺の代わりにヘルシーに春雨を入れてヌードルスープジ仕立てに。 また、酸辣湯の辛味のキモであるラー油も一から作ります! ※日本語のレシピはYoutubeの概要欄でご確認ください。 Junko There are so many Japanese dishes and cultures that are not well known outside of Japan and I’m happy to introduce them to you!
