Mushroom & Chestnut Risotto

This time, Kei will be making a risotto with lots of fall delicacies!
We will also introduce a simple salad using persimmons, another fall delicacy.

1 cup rice
120g your favorite mushrooms
6 chestnut (soaked in water overnight)
1/4 onions (chopped)
50g chicken thigh
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine
600ml water
2 consomme stock cube
100ml fresh cream
parmesan cheese
black pepper

[Persimmons and Turnips Salad]
1/2 persimmon
1 turnip
1 bag mixed green leaves
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp honey
salt and pepper
