Somen Pasta

In our past episode, we showed you how to make arrangements to the sauces for somen noodles.
This time, we will be arranging the somen noodles to make them look like capellini and will make 2 types of cold pasta.
Somen noodles don’t need much boiling time, so it’s great to make during the hot summertime.
Moepero will be making a refreshing tomato-based pasta, and a creamy avocado pasta.

[Tomato, tuna and basil somen pasta]
10 cherry tomatoes
1 canned tuna
1/8 onions
1/2 piece garlic
6 basil leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 bundles some noodles

[Avocado & lemon somen pasta]
1 avocado…
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
lemon peel
1/2 piece garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 bundles some noodles
