This time, we will be arranging the somen noodles to make them look like capellini and will make 2 types of cold pasta. Somen noodles don’t need much boiling time, so it’s great to make during the hot summertime. Moepero will be making a refreshing tomato-based pasta, and a creamy avocado pasta.
