Seafood Gratin

December 25, 2020 / by Junko

Shihomi will be making Bechamel (white sauce) from scratch for this seafood gratin.
Since we will properly make the sauce, we will be using a frozen seafood mix to speed things up. It looks very lovely in the staub gratin dish💕
Hot and creamy white sauce and melting cheese is a great combo for wintertime!

[ Ingredients ]
200g seafood mix (frozen)
1/4 (100g) onion
1/2 piece garlic
1/2 pack (70g) shimeji mushroom (or your favorite mushroom)
100g shred cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
(Bechamel sauce)
30g butter
30g flour (sifted)
300ml milk
1/3 tsp salt
