Easy Roast Beef Out of The Microwave

A dish recommended for Christmas!
A very easy and eye-catching roast beef made by Kei.
Recipes for roast beef range from using the oven, frying pan, rice cookers, etc, but in this episode, we will be using the microwave oven! It’s said to be the easiest way to make roast beef.
Since we’re using the microwave, it’s not literally “roasted,” but it’s a great recipe to cut your cooking hours during this busy time of year!

[ Ingredients ]
380-400g beef thigh block (or fillet)
1 piece garlic (grated)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red wine
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp olive oil
roast beef gravy
(For decoration)
Italian parsley
pink pepper
