Sea Bream Carpaccio

Do you like seafood carpaccio? We love it!
In this episode, Moepero will make scallop and sea bream carpaccio with 2 different sauces; Japanese and Western.
All you need to do is cut and mix the ingredients! It’s a very simple but colorful dish, and a treat to the eye, tastebuds and stomach!

1 fillet sea bream
4 scallops

– Japanese style sauce
1 myoga
1 cm ginger
5 shiso leaves
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vinegar

– Western style sauce
1/8 purple onions
3 cherry tomatoes
1/4 paprika (yellow)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 piece garlic
2 pinches of salt
