Okras Wrapped in Pork

Okras wrapped in pork, flavored with “yuzu-kosho”
For dessert, she will make jelly using agar and “ume-shu” which is very summery and cool. Agar, derived from algae is very good for you!

[Okra pork roll]
10 shabu-shabu pork slices
10 okra
1/2 tbsp sake
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp yuzu-kosho (yuzu & chili pepper)
1/2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 myoga

[Umeshu jelly]
100ml umeshu (plum wine)
50ml water
1g powder agar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 plums (those pickled in plum wine)
