In this week’s episode, Shihomi made okonomiyaki, one of JJ Kitchen’s most popular menu!
We will show you how to make fluffy and delicious standard Kansai-style that is as good (or even better) as the ones at the restaurant!

100g flour
60g dashi (bonito soup stock) or (water + instant dashi powder 5g)
50g milk
20g grated yam potato
250g cabbage (shredded and minced)
¼ (25g) green onion (shredded)
2 eggs
6 slices of pork belly
tenkasu (tempura scraps)
pickled ginger
okonomiyaki sauce
dried green seaweed
dried bonito flakes

今回しほみんに作ってもらうのは、JJ Kitchenでも人気のメニュー、お好み焼きです!
